Marco Zallmann (born November 17, 1967 in Neubrandenburg ) is a former German soccer player .

For the 1992/93 season , Zallmann , who played at Post Neubrandenburg in the NOFV Oberliga , moved to Bundesliga relegated Hansa Rostock to the 2nd Bundesliga , where the defensive player within three years, in which he completed a total of 89 second division appearances and scored six goals, advanced to the top performers of the Hanseatic League and meanwhile was team captain of the Rostock team. After Hansa's promotion to the Bundesliga in the 1994/95 season , he completed six more seasons for Hansa from 1995/96 to 2000/01 112 appearances in the top German division, in which he scored three goals. In 1998 he completed his only appearance in an international competition, the UEFA Intertoto Cup , and 14 games (one goal) in the DFB Cup for Rostock. At the end of the 2000/2001 season, Zallmann's contract was no longer renewed after 15 appearances in that same season.

Zallmann then joined the regional league club VfB Lübeck , for whom he had a share of promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2001/02 season with twelve appearances, in which he came to another 16 appearances for Lübeck in the 2002/03 season . In 2003 Zallmann finally moved to the upper division TSG Neustrelitz , where he ended his career in January 2006.
