Marek Kalbus
Marek Kalbus (born January 14, 1969 in Königs Wusterhausen ) is a German opera and concert singer ( bass baritone / bass ).
Life
Marek Kalbus studied at the "Hanns Eisler" University of Music in Berlin with Heinz Reeh and Roman Trekel , as well as with Celestina Casapietra . He has been coached by Reiner Goldberg since 2010 .
After Marek Kalbus became a prizewinner at the International Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition Vienna 2000, an international career began with guest appearances in Germany, Italy, China, France, Chile, Denmark, Belgium, Holland, the Czech Republic and Poland. World-famous stages and concert halls where Marek Kalbus has recently performed are, for example, the Teatro Massimo ( Palermo ), the Teatro Carlo Felice ( Genoa ), Teatro Dal Verme ( Milan ), Théâtre National de l'Opéra-Comique Paris , Théâtre du Capitole Toulouse , Grand Theater Hong Kong, Teatro lirico di Cagliari , the Bonn Opera , Teatro Municipal de Santiago de Chile , the Konzerthaus Berlin and the Berlin Philharmonic , the De Singel Music Center ( Antwerp ), the Bonn Beethoven Hall , the International Al Bustan Music Festival Beirut and the Czech Philharmonic .
