Mariana Díaz-Oliva (born March 11, 1976 in Buenos Aires ) is a former Argentine tennis player .

Career

Díaz-Oliva, who started playing tennis at the age of eight, appeared mostly on the ITF Women's Circuit , where she won 16 singles and 15 doubles titles.

Her greatest success in Grand Slam tournaments was reaching the third round, which she achieved in 1998 at the French Open and in 2005 at the Australian Open . At the Pan American Games in 1999 she won bronze in singles and doubles.

She represented the Argentine team in singles at the 2004 Olympic Games . Between 1997 and 2007 she played for the Argentine Fed Cup team , for which she won 19 of their 33 Fed Cup games.
