Marianne Rothe

Marianne Rothe (born March 30, 1931 in Coschütz ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ).

Rothe attended elementary and high school. After the Thürnhof manor leased from her father, which belonged to Coschütz, and her parents' farm in Altmörbitz , where she was an employee, were expropriated, she fled to the Federal Republic of Germany in 1953 . Rothe initially worked there as a gardener on the state-run Geilweilerhof vineyard . Then she attended the housekeeping department at the Regen Agricultural School , trained as a consultant and went to the Miesbach Agricultural School and the State Institute for Agricultural Education in Munich . She was a trainee teacher and consultant in Feuchtwangen , then worked at the Agriculture Office and School in Nienburg / Weser , the Office for Agriculture in Mühldorf and the Government of Lower Bavaria , and housekeeping councilor at the Agriculture Office in Lindau .

From 1986 to 1990 Rothe was one of the first green members of the Bavarian State Parliament , from May 19, 1987 to April 19, 1989 she was also secretary.
