Marie-Daniel Dadiet

Marie-Daniel Dadiet (born September 9, 1952 in Bolilié , Ivory Coast ) is an Ivorian clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic Archbishop of Korhogo .

Life

Marie-Daniel Dadiet was ordained a priest on July 8, 1979 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Sitipa and auxiliary bishop in Korhogo on May 22, 1998 . The Archbishop of Korhogo, Auguste Nobou , donated him episcopal ordination on October 11 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Maurice Konan Kouassi , Bishop of Odienné , and Jean-Marie Kélétigui , Bishop of Katiola .

The Pope appointed him Bishop of Katiola on October 10, 2002. He was appointed Archbishop of Kohrogo on May 12, 2004 and was introduced to office on July 11 of the same year.

On October 12, 2017, Pope Francis accepted his early resignation.
