Maurice Konan Kouassi
Maurice Konan Kouassi (* 1938 in Adjékro , Ivory Coast ) is an Ivorian clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic Bishop of Daloa .
Life
Maurice Konan Kouassi was ordained a priest on June 5, 1965 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Odienné on December 19, 1994 . He was ordained bishop on April 23, 1995 by the retired Archbishop of Abidjan , Bernard Cardinal Yago ; Co- consecrators were Auguste Nobou , Archbishop of Korhogo , and Barthélémy Djabla , Bishop of San Pedro-en-Côte d'Ivoire .
On March 22, 2005, he was appointed Bishop of Daloa. On April 25, 2018, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
