Marija Andrejewna Bedarjowa ( Russian Мария Андреевна Бедарёва ; born March 3, 1992 in Ilpyrskoje , Karaginsky district , Kamchatka region ) is a Russian ski racer . She starts in all disciplines.

biography

Marija Bedaryova lives in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and started in the FIS races and the Russian championships for the first time in winter 2007/2008 . Her first victory in an FIS race, a giant slalom in Kirowgrad , was achieved in December 2007. In February 2009 she took part in the European Youth Olympic Festival in Szczyrk , Poland , where she was 15th in giant slalom and eliminated in slalom. The next month she started at the Junior World Championships 2009 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where she placed 38th in slalom and 46th in giant slalom only in the back field. Two years later she took part again in a Junior World Championship in Crans-Montana , but did not finish in her only start in the Super-G.

Since December 2009 Bedarjowa has also competed in the European Cup , but has not yet been placed in the top 30 and has therefore not yet won any European Cup points. In the summer of 2011 she achieved victories in the South American Cup and the Brazilian Open Championships after she had achieved second place in the Super-G and in the downhill at the Russian Championships in 2009 and 2011. In November and December 2011, Bedarjowa participated in several races in the Nor-Am Cup and won on 6 and 7 December, two Super-G in Nakiska , which they claimed victory in the Super-G standings of the 2011/2012 season secured . Bedaryova made her debut in the World Cup on January 28, 2012 in the downhill from St. Moritz , which she finished in 46th place.
