Marin Jakoliš (born December 26, 1996 in Šibenik ) is a Croatian football player .

Career

society

Jakoliš started his career in his hometown at HNK Šibenik . From the winter break of the 2012/13 season he played for the men's team from Šibenik in the 2nd HNL . In the summer of 2013 he moved to Belgium for the second division Royal Mouscron-Péruwelz . With Mouscron he was promoted to the Pro League in 2014 . In the promotion season, however, he was not used.

Jakoliš finally made his Pro League debut in January 2015 when he came on as a substitute for Birger Verstraete on the 22nd matchday of the 2014/15 season against KAA Gent in the 64th minute .

In January 2016 he was awarded to the second division club Royal Excelsior Virton . For Virton he completed nine games in which he scored one goal. At the end of the season Virton had to relegate from the Proximus League .

For the 2016/17 season he moved to the second division KSV Roeselare , where he received a one-year contract with an option. With Roeselare, he narrowly missed promotion to the Pro League.

In July 2017 he moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club FC Admira Wacker Mödling , with whom he received a contract that was valid until June 2019. In July 2019 he returned to Croatia and moved to Hajduk Split , where he received a contract that ran until June 2023.

National team

Jakoliš made his debut against Slovenia for the Croatian U-15 selection in November 2010 . Five more games followed. In March 2014 he also played twice for Croatia's U-18 team .

In August 2017 he made his debut against Moldova for the U-21 team . He scored his first three goals for this in November 2017 in a 5-0 win against San Marino .

Personal

His brother Antonio (* 1992) is also a soccer player. Antonio played with him briefly at Mouscron.
