The 106 Tower (formerly project name Marina 106 ) is a skyscraper under construction in Dubai . Construction of the high-rise began at the end of 2008, but was discontinued in summer 2009 due to financial problems and only resumed in spring 2014. After the original start of construction in 2008, completion was planned for 2012, this date was moved to 2019 after the resumption of work.

The tower was originally supposed to have six underground and 106 floors above ground and be 433 meters high. However, during the laying of the foundation stone in January 2015, it was announced that in addition to the architectural design, the height of the building will also increase to 445 meters. The building will therefore have 104 floors. When completed, it would be one of the tallest residential buildings in the world due to its residential use . The 106 Tower will be located at the Dubai Marina , in the vicinity of the Dream Dubai Marina (427 meters) and the 23 Marina (393 meters).
