The house Marktstraße 8 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic old town of Quedlinburg, north of the city's market square. The house is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments . The building is located on the south side of the courtyard of the Marktstrasse 8 property, immediately south of the school yard of the Quedlinburg market school .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1820. It was a wing of a community courtyard and has largely been preserved in its original form.
