Architecture and history

The two-storey street-side house was built around 1590 in half-timbered construction . The beam heads are designed in roll form. There are ship throats on the threshold as well as on the eaves . Carved, coffered pilasters can be found on the posts of the half-timbered structure , an ornament that is otherwise common in stone buildings. In the literature, the building is listed as an object with a late use of fan rosettes .

Around 1930 the facade was set back in the course of a changed street layout. A new framework was created in this area.

On the courtyard side there is a plastered wing of the building that was built around 1800 and rests on a sandstone plinth. The courtyard is enclosed with a sandstone wall.
