Markus Seelaus (born February 16, 1987 ) is an Austrian soccer player .
life and career
Seelaus began his career at Innsbruck AC . After good performance he followed the call from Vienna and came to the academy of FK Austria Vienna . Later he went back to Tyrol and played there in the BNZ Tyrol. In 2004 he joined the squad of FC Wacker Tirol , where he made his Bundesliga debut in 2005 . In the 2005/06 and 2006/07 seasons it was awarded to SV Wörgl and WSG Swarovski Wattens .
In 2007 he returned to the Innsbruck team and played 12 games for the Tyroleans in the 2007 autumn season. Internationally, Seelaus played three times for Austria's U-20 team. In the preparatory phase for the second half of the 2007/08 season, the midfielder broke his big toe and ultimately had to accept relegation to the first division . In January 2009 his contract was terminated. In summer 2009 he moved to DAC Dunajská Streda in Slovakia .
