Marlene Elejarde Díaz (born June 3, 1951 in Havana , † April 29, 1989 ) was a Cuban sprinter .

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City , she won a silver medal in the 4 x 100 meter relay . Together with Violetta Quesada , Miguelina Cobián and Fulgencia Romay , she placed in 43.3 s behind the world record relay of the USA (42.8 s) and in front of the Soviet Union team . Elejarde also started in Mexico City in the 80-meter hurdles , but was eliminated in the preliminary round.

With the relay she was successful again at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich . Together with Carmen Valdés , Fulgencia Romay and Silvia Chivás , she won the bronze medal behind the relay of the Federal Republic of Germany (42.81 s) and the GDR (42.95 s) in 43.36 s.

Marlene Elejarde was 1.72 m tall and weighed 65 kg. In 1989 she was killed in a car accident.
