The Marshall River is a river in the east of the Australian Territory Northern Territory . It does not have water all year round.
geography
River course
The river rises south of the Dulcie Range about 200 km northeast of Alice Springs . It flows east along the Dulcie Ranges and the Jervois Range . At Jervois , where it approaches the Plenty River to within 2 km, it crosses under the Plenty Highway and flows further east to the Tarlton Range . There it unites with Arthur Creek to the Hay River (Eyre Creek) .
