Martin Čechman (born October 20, 1998 in Ostrov nad Ohří ) is a Czech track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines.

Athletic career

Martin Čechman has been internationally active in track cycling since 2014. In 2016 he became Junior European Champion in Sprint and Keirin , at the Junior World Championships he won silver in Keirin. At the national junior championships he won four titles, in sprint, keirin, in the 1000-meter time trial and in the team sprint . In 2017 he became two-time Czech champion of the elite in sprint and keirin. At the U23 European Championships , he won the bronze medal in both sprint disciplines. In 2019 he became national team sprint champion with Jakub Šťastný and Jirí Janošek .
