In 1998 Martin Schmitt won silver in singles at the Junior World Championships in Valencia . In 2001 he won bronze with the team at the Junior World Championships in Danzig . In 2005 Schmitt won silver with the team at the World Championships in Leipzig . In 2008 he won silver in the individual at the European Championships in Kiev . In 2010 his team received bronze at the European Championships in Leipzig .
