Masanori Hamayoshi ( Japanese 濱 吉 正 則 , Hamayaoshi Masanori ; born July 5, 1971 in Hyōgo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football coach and former football player .
Career
As a player
Until 1994 Hamayoshi studied at the Osaka Sports University , where he also began playing football. In 1995 he came to Slovenia , where he studied at the University of Ljubljana and also played with the third-class NK Svoboda .
As a trainer
Hamayoshi started his coaching career in 1995 at NK Ježica , where he initially worked as a youth coach and finally as an assistant coach. From 1997 to 1998 he also worked as a coach for the U-18 team at NK Domžale . From April 1998 to July 1999 he worked as a youth trainer and scout at ND Gorica . He then returned to Japan, where he worked as a coach at a high school. In 2000 he became the U-18 coach of Kashiwa Reysol . In February 2003 he became assistant coach of Nagoya Grampus Eight , where he then also worked as a scout and U-15 coach. In January 2007 he was the coach of Fervorosa Ishikawa Hakusan for half a year . From January 2008 to January 2009 he was youth director at Tokushima Vortis before he became assistant coach of the fighting team. In January 2011 he moved to Giravanz Kitakyūshū , where he was also assistant coach for two years. In 2013 he worked as Zdenko Verdenik's interpreter at Ōmiya Ardija . From February 2014 to April 2016 he was the director of the HAMA football school . In April 2016 he became head coach of the Austrian regional division SV Horn . With the Hornern he was able to become champions of the Regionalliga Ost in the 2015/16 season and thus rise to professional football.
In May 2017, the Horner separated from Hamayoshi.
Personal
In addition to his native Japanese , Hamayoshi speaks fluent English , Slovenian , Croatian and Serbian . Since he only has a basic knowledge of the German language , an interpreter was available to him in Horn.
