Mathias Hell

Mathias Hell (born January 19, 1927 in Marschendorf , Czechoslovakia ) is a German actor .

Life

After training to be an actor at the local conservatory, Hell received his first stage engagement in Zittau. Theater stations in Leipzig, Saarbrücken, Hanover, Celle, Oldenburg, Munich and Linz followed.

While Hell seldom took part in feature film productions, he was a frequent guest in television productions. In both media, he was often cast in the role of a representative of the police or the military.

In the cinema you could see him in Ulli Lommel's drama A man goes crazy , in Werner Enke's comedy Hau drauf, Kleiner , in Eberhard Fechner's Alfred Andersch adaptation Winterspelt , alongside Dieter Hallervorden in the comedy Oh you dear Harry , directed by Rüdiger Sober in Schluchtenflitzer , in the drama The Girl with the Lighters and alongside Terence Hill and Gene Hackman in the war drama March or die .

He also played in television productions under many well-known directors such as Dominik Grafs Die Beute , Reinhard Hauff's Matthias Kneissl and Die Revolte , Hans Quests Ten Little Negroes after Agatha Christie , Hagen Mueller-Stahl's report on an offensive , Eberhard Itzenplitz ' The Misunderstanding in the Life of Mr Knöbel and Falk Harnack's The First and the Last .

However, Hell became known to a wider audience through numerous appearances in television series and series. He played guest roles in Mordkommission , Das feuerrote Spielmobil , Tatort , Derrick , Aufachse and Mensch Meier . He was also several times alongside Jürgen von Manger in his television series about the fictional character “Adolf Tegtmeier” in Tegtmeier enlighten! as well as Tegtmeier to see.
