Maumelle is a city in Pulaski County in the US -amerikanischen State Arkansas and a north-western suburb of Little Rock . In 2000 Maumelle had 10,557 inhabitants.

The place was founded by Jess Odom due to the Urban Growth and New Community Development Act and was planned on the green field. According to estimates by the Census Bureau, the population in 2005 was 14,318.
