Max Goller (born October 16, 2000 ) is a former German ski jumper .

Career

Max Goller started for SC Partenkirchen . He started for the first time at international level in the context of junior competitions in Hinterzarten in 2013 and 2014, before making his debut in two competitions at the same location in the Alpine Cup on September 26 and 27, 2015 , in which he finished 48 and 55. He then took part regularly and exclusively in other competitions of the Alpine Cup, before he also started in the FIS Cup for the first time in two competitions in Kandersteg, Switzerland in September 2017 , where he finished 39th and 49th. Since then he has mainly competed in the Alpine Cup, but also in the FIS Cup. He achieved his best result in the Alpine Cup so far (as of March 2019) with fourth place on March 8, 2019 in Chaux-Neuve .

At the 2018 German Championships in Hinterzarten, he won the German championship title in the team competition with the Bayern II team, consisting of Karl Geiger , Philipp Raimund , Markus Eisenbichler and himself.

On August 17, 2018, Goller made his debut as part of the Beskydy Tour 2018 in Szczyrk in the Continental Cup , where he achieved his first Continental Cup point with a 30th place. After further starts in Wisła and Frenštát pod Radhoštěm , he finished the tour with 472.1 points in 32nd place in the overall standings.

In spring 2019, Goller announced his retirement from professional sport.
