Max Gustav Neisse
Max Gustav Neisse (born July 22, 1839 in Dresden , † June 20, 1906 in Leipzig ) was a German civil servant and President of the Senate of the Imperial Court .
Life
Neisse studied law in Leipzig and became a member of the Corps Saxonia Leipzig in 1858 . In 1863 he was sworn in to the Saxon sovereign. In 1869 he became a district judge. In 1871 he became a laborer at the appellate court. He was promoted to appellate judge in 1873. In 1978 he was appointed a higher regional judge. He came to the Reichsgericht in May 1885 as a councilor. In April 1902 he became President of the Senate of the First Criminal Senate of the Reich Court on the proposal of the Reich Justice Office . He died in office in 1906.
