Salkımlı (kurd. Niziran ) is a village in the Yüksekova district of the Turkish province of Hakkâri . Salkımlı is located in southeastern Anatolia at 2,100 m above sea level, about 35 km northwest of Yüksekova.

The previous name is Niziran or Nizran. The form Nizran is registered with the land registry.

In 2009 the village had 609 inhabitants. The hamlets of Gürkaya, Reşadiye, Şimte and Görkayak (kurd. Kanireş) belong to Salkımlı.
