Tuğlu (kurd. Haciyan ) is a village in the Yüksekova district of the Turkish province of Hakkâri . Tuğlu is located in southeastern Anatolia at 1,530 m above sea level, approx. 39 km southwest of Yüksekova.

The name of the village Tuğlu means with Tuğ . The original name Haciyan is registered with the land registry. It is still in use today and was u. a. also used as an alternative designation in the 1975 and 1980 censuses.

In 1975 there were 365 people in Tuğlu. Between 1990 and 2000 the village lost almost half of its population. In 2009 the village had 346 inhabitants. The hamlets of Çayır and Karataş belong to Tuğlu.
