Kisikli (kurd. Dêlezi or Dilezi ) is a village in the district of Yüksekova the province Hakkari . Kısıklı is located almost in the extreme south-east of Turkey in south -eastern Anatolia at 2,200 m above sea level. The village is located approx. 19 km northeast of Yüksekova, 100 meters above the road that leads to the Iranian border, on the southwestern foothills of Mor Dağı (3,807 m).

The place was originally called Dilezi. This name is registered with the land registry office. The renaming took place before 1975. Dilezi is also the name of the pass (2,100 m) on the road to the Iranian border and a mountain with a height of 3,250 m.

In 1985, 1,613 people lived in Kısıklı. In 2009 the village had 2,050 inhabitants.

The hamlets of Sarıtaş (kurd. Dirbêsan), Yemişli (kurd. Dotkan), Sualtı (kurd. Dirişk), Pirbilen (kurd. Pirbilan) and Aşağı Güveç (Xurekana Binî), Yukarı Güveç (kurd. Xurekana. Seri) and Kısıklı belong to Kısıklı (Kurd. Bilanbasan)
