Bulaklı (Kurd. Memkan ) is a village in the Yüksekova district of the Turkish province of Hakkâri . Bulaklı is located in southeastern Anatolia at 1,890 m above sea level, approx. 13 km southwest of Yüksekova and east of the Uludoruk .

The name of the village Bulaklı means with source . The original name Memkan is registered with the land registry office.

In 2000 there were 237 people in Bulaklı. In 2009 the village had 298 inhabitants.
