Akçalı (Kurd. Kertinis or Kertênîs) is a village in the Yüksekova district in the Turkish province of Hakkâri . Akçalı is located at 1910 m above sea level, about 15 km northwest of Yüksekova.

In 2009 Akçalı had 543 people in 75 households.

Akçalı has a primary school. The name Kertinis is also recorded in the land register. In the area around the village there are clashes between security forces and the PKK . Military vehicles are also being destroyed by remote-controlled explosive devices from the underground organization.
