Max Leroy Davis
Max Leroy Davis (born August 16, 1945 in Townsville ) is an Australian clergyman and military bishop of Australia .
Life
Max Leroy Davis was ordained a priest on October 31, 1971 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him military bishop of Australia on July 16, 2003. The episcopal ordination donated him the retired Military Bishop of Australia, Geoffrey Francis Mayne , on August 22 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Francis Patrick Carroll , Archbishop of Canberra and Goulburn , and Francesco Canalini , Apostolic Nuncio in Australia .
