Max Nadler (actor)
Max Nadler (born October 11, 1875 in Munich ; † October 3, 1932 there ) was a German actor and director .
Life
Nadler began his stage career in 1894 at the city theater in Ingolstadt . On April 1, 1897, he moved to the court theater in Munich, to which he would belong until his death 35 years later.
Nadler's subjects were mostly comical and serious batches; It was preferred to be used in popular pieces with a Bavarian touch by Ludwig Anzengruber and Ludwig Thoma . Nadler has also worked as a director. There he demonstrated “a light hand, a sure sense of style and good taste” . He died “of sepsis from a dental disease” .
His hometown Munich honored him by naming a street in the Bogenhausen district .
