Maximilian Holst (born June 23, 1989 in Siegburg ) is a German handball player . It can be used both in the left wing position and in the back area .

Holst played at TuS Niederpleis until 2003 and moved to the Dormagener handball performance center that year. From 2007 to 2011 he was in the squad of the Bundesliga club TSV Bayer Dormagen, or TSV Dormagen and DHC Rhineland and was the top scorer of the first division in the 2010/11 season with 118 goals. He then joined the Bavarian first division team TV Großwallstadt , where Holst had signed a two-year contract. For the 2014/15 season he moved to HSG Wetzlar .

Holst was a member of the youth and junior national team (3 and 2 games). In March 2012 he made his debut in the men's national handball team.
