Maximiliano Pérez , full name Maximiliano Daniel Pérez Tambasco , (born October 26, 1986 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

At the beginning of his career, the 1.82-meter-tall offensive player Pérez belonged to the squad of Centro Atlético Fénix at least in the Apertura 2006 and the Apertura 2007 . In the 2006/07 season he was there with 17 goals before the runner-up Ruben Morán (14 goals) top scorer of the Segunda División . In the Clausura 2008 he played for the Argentine club Rosario Central , but was not used. This was followed in the Apertura 2008 a station at Defensor Sporting , where he scored three first division goals and twice (one goal) was set up in the Copa Sudamericana . In 2009 he played twelve games (five goals) in the Apertura for Rangers de Talca in the Chilean Primera División . In the Clausura 2009 he played 18 times for Everton in that league and scored two goals. In the 2009/10 season he played for the Argentinian club CA San Martín de San Juan an encounter (no goal) in the Primera B Nacional . He then played again for Fénix from Montevideo in the 2010/11 season . In 27 appearances in the Primera División , he scored twelve times. In July 2011, he was loaned to city rivals Club Atlético Peñarol . In addition to 19 completed first division games (three goals) in the 2011/12 season, he also played six games (one goal) in the Copa Libertadores . Another loan followed from July 2012 to the end of June 2013. This time the Mexican association Necaxa was his temporary employer. However, he came there only in three games (no goal) of the Liga de Ascenso and eight matches (one goal) of the Copa México to train. In the 2013/14 season he was back in the ranks of Fénix and scored seven times in the opposing goal in 24 top division games. At the beginning of August 2014, a loan transfer to the Spanish second division CD Tenerife followed . In the 2014/15 season he was used 28 times (five goals) in the Liga Adelante and once (no goal) in the Copa del Rey . At the beginning of July 2015 he returned to Fénix in Uruguay. During the 2015/16 season he scored 11 goals in 29 first division appearances. In July 2016 he moved to Club Olimpo . With the Argentines he has so far (as of March 12, 2017) four times (no goal) in the league and once (no goal) in the Copa Argentina .

Pérez was at least in June 2007 a member of the U-23 team of Uruguay, supervised by Roland Marcenaro .
