Maxine Bahns

Maxine Lee Bahns (born February 28, 1971 in Stowe, Vermont ) is an American actress .

Life

Bahns was born to a father of German origin and a Chinese-Brazilian mother. At the age of 16 she left her parents' home and traveled a lot around the world, including Paris , Rome and Barcelona . She later studied literature at New York University , then learned acting at Three Arts Studios .

She made her actress debut alongside Edward Burns and Mike McGlone in the award-winning independent film Little Sins Among Brothers ( 1995 ). In the comedy She's the One ( 1996 ) she played the student Hope , who marries Mickey Fitzpatrick (Edward Burns). In the thriller Dangerous Curves ( 2000 ) she played one of the leading roles, in the action film Codename - Elite ( 2001 ) she played one of the leading roles alongside Jürgen Prochnow .

Bahns married Peter Crone in 2003 , from whom they have since separated. She lives in Los Angeles . She is now married to Patrick Watson. On March 9, 2009, she gave birth to daughter Madison Rose in Santa Monica .
