Meester class 2018/19
The 96th Dutch team championship in chess was played in the Meester class 2018/19 . The champion was the defending champion LSG IntelliMagic . Since SISSA Groningen had withdrawn after the previous season, three teams were promoted from class 1 with HWP Sas van Gent , Charlois Europoort and the Tilburg club De Stukkenjagers, as an exception, last year. While Sas van Gent and Charlois Europoort managed to stay in the league, De Stukkenjagers and SV Zuid-Limburg (which was created through the merger of Schaakvereniging Voerendaal with DJC Stein) had to relegate directly.

Game dates
The competitions were held on September 15, October 6, 3 and 24 November, 15 December, 2018, February 9, March 16, April 13 and 11 May 2019. The last round was in the center of Bloemendaal played , the other competitions took place decentrally at the participating clubs.
