Meeting of European Communist Youth Organizations

The meeting of European Communist youth organizations or Meeting of European Communist Youth Organizations ( MECYO ) is an annual conference taking place communist -oriented youth organizations from Europe . The meeting was initiated to intensify the exchange of experiences between the associations and to develop a common political assessment and action in some areas. In the form of a final declaration, the participating youth associations publish a joint political declaration. In 2006 the Congress condemned the ban on the Communist Youth Association of Bohemia and Moravia (KSM).
