Megumi Shigaki ( Japanese 志 垣 め ぐ み , Shigaki Megumi ; born January 21, 1974 ) is a former Japanese triathlete .

Career

Megumi Shigaki was active in the triathlon on the medium and long distance. In September 1998 she was third at the ITU World Championships on the long-distance triathlon.

In 2002 she became Asian triathlon champion. It has not appeared internationally since 2014.
