Mehcad Brooks
Mehcad Brooks (born October 25, 1980 in Austin , Texas ) is an American actor .
life and career
Brooks attended LC Anderson High School in Austin, Texas. After graduating from school, he attended the Texas Southern University School of Cinematic Arts.
He starred in the role of Matthew Applewhite from 2005 to 2006 on the ABC television series Desperate Housewives . Previously, he had other roles in the series Boston Public and The Game , and he was seen in the films Game on Victory and In the Valley of Elah .
From June 2011 to August 2013 he was in a leading role in the series Dr. Watch Dani Santino - Game of Life .
From October 2015 to October 2019, he played the character of James (Jimmy) Olsen in the reissued television series Supergirl .
