Abiba Memunatu Sulemana (born November 4, 1977 ) is a former Ghanaian soccer player and today's coach .

Career

society

Sulemana was used during her club career for the Mawuena Ladies (1999), Post Ladies (2003-2008) and Faboulous Ladies (2008 to 2016). She won the National Women's League with the Faboulous Ladies in 2011 and 2014.

International

The 170 cm tall goalkeeper took part with the Ghanaian national team ("Black Queens") in the 1999 , 2003 and 2007 World Championships and played all nine games. She was also at the African Championships in 2000 , 2002 , 2004 , 2008 and 2010 in the Black Queens squad. At the end of September 2007, Sulemana had played 37 international matches.

As a trainer

Sulemana has been the goalkeeping coach of the National Women's League club Fabulous Ladies since autumn 2016. Since summer 2017 she has been the goalkeeping coach of the U-17 women’s national team of Ghana.
