Meseret Mengistu
Meseret Mengistu (born March 6, 1990 in Sendafa , Oromiyaa ) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner who specializes in road running.
At the Half Marathon World Championships in Rio de Janeiro in 2008 , she was eleventh. The following year she finished fifth in the World 10K Bangalore and won it at the half marathon of Reims à toutes jambes and in Marseille - Cassis .
In 2010 she was eighth in the Rotterdam Marathon . At the half marathon world championships in Nanning she came in sixth place and won silver with the Ethiopian team.
