The Metzerterbaach is a three kilometer long stream in the Walloon province of Luxembourg and a right tributary of the Attert .

course

The source pot of the Metzerterbaach is located on the eastern edge of the village of the same name at an altitude of about 344  m OP The stream initially flows underground about sixty meters eastwards and then emerges on the surface west of the Chaussée Romaine, only to disappear again immediately afterwards. His path now leads underground, piped underground, towards the northwest, parallel to Rue des Trois Fontaines . North of the Dräiburegaas it comes to light again and is strengthened there on its left by a small inflow. The Metzerterbaach now flows through grassland and forms a small pond into which two other small streams flow. The Metzerterbaach then runs about a hundred meters northwest, then turns north and now moves through a wet meadow . A good three hundred meters down the stream, a small meadow stream strengthens it on its right. The Metzerterbaach splits shortly afterwards in two arms. A forest stream flows into the left main arm about a hundred and fifty meters later and a meadow ditch flows into the right branch at about the same height. About three hundred yards to the north, the two arms come together again. The combined stream was led north-west on the eastern edge of Därheck along and finally flows southwest of Attert , directly west of the gunwale , at an altitude of about 300  m OP in the Attert .
