Mia Dillon

Mia Dillon (born July 9, 1955 in Colorado Springs , Colorado ) is an American actress .

Life

Dillon attended Marple-Newtown Senior High School in Pennsylvania . In 1978 she made her Broadway debut as Mary Tate in Hugh Leonard's Da . In 1980 she was nominated for the Drama Desk Award , the following year she received the Clarence Derwent Award in the category Most Promising Actress On-Broadway . In 1982 she received a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the Tony Awards .

In addition to her theater career, Dillon has also appeared in film and television roles. She had guest roles in series such as Criminal Intent - Verbrechen im Visier and Law & Order: New York and played, among other things, in Gift Is Too Expensive at the side of Tom Hanks , in the historical drama Gods and Generals and in the crime film All Beauty Must Die alongside Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst .

Dillon has been married to actor Keir Dullea since 1999 .
