Michael Bosco Duraisamy (born April 29, 1929 in Gingee , Tamil Nadu , India , † June 9, 1999 ) was Bishop of Salem .

Life

Michael Bosco Duraisamy received on 17 December 1955, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On February 28, 1974, Pope Paul VI appointed him . to the Bishop of Salem. The Archbishop of Philadelphia , John Joseph Cardinal Krol , donated him episcopal ordination on June 10 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Pondicherry and Cuddalore , Venmani Selvanather , and the Archbishop Emeritus of Pondicherry and Cuddalore, Ambrose Rayappan .
