Michael Dowse
Michael Dowse (born April 19, 1973 in London , Ontario ) is a Canadian film director who largely turns films for a younger audience. He began his career directing videos for his compatriots such as The New Pornographers . In 1999 he made his first short film, in 2002 his first full-length film with FUBAR . Other films and occasional television works followed. He also works as a film editor and screenwriter .
His film It's All Gone Pete Tong, about a deaf DJ, was nominated for a 2006 Canadian Genie Award .
