Michael Polle (* 1979 in Northeim ) is a German film and television producer .

biography

He began his career in 2000 in the TV production department of the advertising agency Heye & Partner, followed by studies in Department V “Production and Media Management” at the University of Television and Film in Munich. After graduating, he began his professional activity in 2005 as a producer at Bavaria Film in Munich, followed by a position in the same position at the production company Hoffmann & Voges. Here he was u. a. Involved in the production of the multi-award-winning series KDD - Criminal Permanent Service and produced the crime scene , which was awarded the Grimme Prize and the German television crime prize : Never again be free .

Since 2010 he has headed the TV department of the production company X Films Creative Pool GmbH as a producer . The productions for which he is responsible include the TV films Tatort: ​​The Truth and Desired Children, also nominated for the Grimme Prize .
