Michele De Rosa (born November 17, 1940 in Acerno , Province of Salerno , Italy ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and emeritus bishop of Cerreto Sannita-Telese-Sant'Agata de 'Goti .

Life

Michele De Rosa received on 29 June 1964, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On May 23, 1998, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Cerreto Sannita-Telese-Sant'Agata de 'Goti. The Archbishop of Naples , Michele Cardinal Giordano , donated him episcopal ordination on July 12 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Salerno-Campagna-Acerno , Gerardo Pierro , and the Archbishop of Benevento , Serafino Sprovieri .

On June 24, 2016, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
