Giovanni D'Alise (born January 14, 1948 in Naples , Italy ) is Bishop of Caserta .

Life

Giovanni D'Alise received on 23 September 1972, the sacrament of Holy Orders . In 1974 he became vicar of the parish of San Alfonso Maria de 'Liguori , of which he became pastor in 1990.

On June 5, 2004, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Ariano Irpino-Lacedonia . The Apostolic Nuncio in Italy, Archbishop Paolo Romeo , donated him episcopal ordination on July 17th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Acerra , Salvatore Giovanni Rinaldi , and the Bishop of Pozzuoli , Gennaro Pascarella . The inauguration took place on September 12, 2004.

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Caserta on March 21, 2014 . The inauguration took place on May 18 of the same year.
