Midori (* 19 July 1968 as Michele Evette Watley in Durham , North Carolina ) is an American singer , actress and porn actress . She is the younger sister of R&B singer and Grammy winner Jody Watley .

life and career

Watley has been one of the best-known Afro-American porn actresses under the stage name Midori since the late 1990s . She had her first film appearance as an actress in the comedy The Prince of Zamunda (Coming to America) with Eddie Murphy in 1988. In 1996, Midori got a leading role in Rodney Evans' documentary The Unveiling , which accompanies the everyday life of three strippers . After more than two years of abstinence from hardcore film, Midori made some films again at the end of 2005. In August 2011 she was listed in the article "The Top 50 Hottest Black Porn Stars Of All Time" by Complex magazine at number 11.
