Mikaela Mässing (born March 13, 1994 in Mölndal ) is a Swedish handball player who belongs to the squad of the Swedish national team.

Career

Mikaela Mässing started playing handball in her hometown at Mölndals HF. After the backcourt player subsequently played for Kärra HF , she joined BK Heid in 2012 . From summer 2014 she was under contract with the Swedish first division club H 65 Höör . With Höör she won the Swedish championship in 2017 and was in the final of the EHF Challenge Cup in the 2016/17 season . In the 2018/19 season she was named MVP of Svensk HandbollsElit . Since the summer of 2019 she has been playing for the German Bundesliga club Thuringian HC . A year later she switched to the Romanian first division club CS Minaur Baia Mare .

Mässing made her international debut against the Ukrainian national team on June 16, 2018 . She was part of the Swedish squad for the European Championship 2018 .
