Mikstat ( German Mixstadt , older also Michelstadt ) is a city in Poland . It is the seat of the town-and-country municipality of the same name with 6040 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2019).

Mikstat is located 17 km southeast of Ostrów Wielkopolski . Near Mikstat is the RTCN Mikstat transmitter for VHF and TV with a 273 meter high antenna support. (Location)

history

The synagogue was built in 1905 and destroyed by the German occupiers in 1939.
