Milena Straube
Milena Straube (born August 14, 1992 in Berlin ) is a German - French actress .
Life
Milena Straube was born the daughter of a French woman and is a graduate of the renowned French grammar school in Berlin . From 2012 to 2016 she graduated from the Hamburg University of Music and Drama , and in her senior year she received a scholarship from the Claussen Simon Foundation . So far, stations in her career have mainly been stages in Hamburg, such as the Thalia Theater , the Deutsches Schauspielhaus and its Malersaal, Kampnagel and the Kammerspiele . In 2017 Straube made a guest appearance at the Paderborn Theater . Currently (2017/18 season) she is part of the Thalia Theater ensemble.
For her portrayal of the title role in Cora Sachs ' Beautiful waiting ... with Mr. Huber , in which she waits for public transport as a full-body doll at bus and train stops together with the turtle Winifred and other passengers, she received the audience award at the main thing free festival in 2017 Hamburg . Also in 2017 she was awarded the performance prize at the Speyer Literature Festival for Mr. Huber and Ms. Koltonowski .
Milena Straube has been seen in a number of German and French productions on television. She lives in Hamburg.
