Milton Ariel Wynants Reyes (born March 29, 1972 in Paysandú ) is a Uruguayan track and road cyclist .

Milton Wynants won the silver medal in the points race at the 1994 South American Games . In 1995 in Mar del Plata he represented his home country at the Pan American Games and won the silver medal in the points race. In 1996 Wynants took part in the Olympic Games in Atlanta and won the overall ranking of the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay that same year . In 1998 he was the overall winner of the Rutas de América . That year he was in the service of the Club Ciclista Alas Rojas de Santa Lucía . In the same year he was part of the Uruguayan team at the South American Games held in Cuenca in 1998 . At the Pan American Games in 1999 , he won the bronze medal in the points race. On the track, Milton Wynants won the silver medal in the points race at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney . At the South American Games in Brazil in 2002 , he secured silver in the road race and a bronze medal on the track.

In the 2003 season Wynants won a stage at the Vuelta del Uruguay and got the two gold medals in the road race and the points drive at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo . In 2005 he was successful again in a section of the Vuelta del Uruguay. At the Vuelta al Chana , Wynants won three stages in 2006 and also won the overall standings. He also won a stage in the Rutas de America , where he won the overall standings for the second time the next year, this time in the ranks of the Club Atlético Policial . In 2007 he was again successful in a section of the Vuelta del Uruguay. He also secured the bronze medal in the points race at the 2007 Pan American Games .

In 2004 and 2008 he was also a member of the Uruguayan team at the Olympic Games. In 2004 he was originally supposed to act as the flag bearer of Uruguay, but could not take on this task because his competition was timed to the opening ceremony. At the 2004 track cycling world championships in Melbourne , he was runner-up in the points race. In 2007 he won the bronze medal in the scratch and silver in the points race at the B World Championship in Cape Town . At the 2010 South American Games in Medellín , he was again part of the Uruguayan team.
