The Doblhoff Ministry of the Austrian Empire, chaired by Prime Minister Anton von Doblhoff-Dier , was in office from July 8th to July 18th, 1848.

history

His predecessor Franz von Pillersdorf was appointed Prime Minister on May 4, 1848. However, the liberal constitution of April 25, 1848 ( Pillersdorf's constitution ) for the Cisleithan countries created by Pillersdorf could not satisfy either the revolutionaries or the crown, whereupon the latter resigned from his post as prime minister on July 8. He was followed by Doblhoff-Dier in the office of Prime Minister. Anton von Doblhoff-Dier also oversaw the Ministry of the Interior and Culture at short notice. He resigned on July 18, 1848, followed by Johann von Wessenberg as Prime Minister.
